Huzzah!

What a terrifically splendiferous TV spot for Australia’s Bundaberg Rum. Owning the spot from start to finish, Leo Burnett, Sydney and director Mike Maguire furnish every cut and detail with zany tenderness that gets better with repeated viewings.

Plus, using the rum’s history to create this quirky band of mustachioed characters is a rather clever stroke of shrewd. It’s not just silly for the sake of shits and giggles.

I’d buy this rum for the commercial alone. How’s that for effective advertising?

Quality shit, y’all. Dank u.
